Recreational Swim Returns this Summer!
We can't wait to have you back! Pre-registration is required. There are shallow water open areas for participants to navigate freely. There is also a deep water play lane and diving boards for those that pass the swim test. Please remember children under 48-inches tall must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older in the water within arms reach at all times - the adult to child ratio must be 1-to-1.
The City’s goal is always to make the Plunge as safe as possible and provide a welcoming environment for the hundreds of patrons we serve each day. The City reserves the right to close the pool without advanced notice for special events, filming and in the case of emergencies.
Recreational Swim is a family-oriented program enjoyed by people of all ages. The City has implemented recreation swim rules that are designed for the safety of all participants. Participants are encouraged to enjoy recreation swimming safely and to follow the direction of the lifeguards at all times. Participants must pre-register on line for Recreational Swim. See Recreational Swim Times and Guidelines below.
Reserve a half of a lane for 50 minutes for up to six participants (must be at least 1 youth) from the same household to play and recreate! No lap swim permitted within the family swim lanes.
