2. Operation Gratitude Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteer Positions:
Crocheting or knitting scarves, all levels welcome.
Services Provided:
Open to anybody who likes to crochet or knit to make scarves & hats going toward a great cause. The scarves & hats go to our Military and First Responder communities to honor their service. Every year there is an annual trip to the Operation Gratitude Facility located in Chatsworth, CA to drop off donations of hats and scarves. In 2023, we delivered 419 scarves and 30 hats.
Meets the Second Sunday of the month from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Westchester Lutheran Church
