Applications will ONLY be accepted ONLINE between the following dates: Thursday December 16th 2021 8am - Saturday December 18th 2021 Midnight.

Household Low to Moderate Income limits (gross-before taxes and other deductions):
1 person…..$41,401 to $67,200
2 person…..$47,301 to $76,800
3 person…..$53,201 to $86,400
4 person…..$59,101 to $96,000
5 person…..$63,851 to $103,700
A preference will be given to Income Qualified households that submit acceptable documentation showing they are currently a City of Culver City or City of Culver City Unified School district (CCUSD) employee.
Complete Applications must provide the required information for all members of the household who are 18 or older, including:
- Birth Certificate for all Household members.
- Valid Government issued ID, such as Driver’s License or Passport.
- Proof of legal, verifiable income.
