City Hall has re-opened to the public and appointments are no longer required. For your convenience, you may make still schedule an appointment, or access City services online, and through email and telephone. All visitors to City Hall are required to wear a face covering at all times.
SKATE PARK IS NOW OPEN!
Skate Park users must follow the posted Rules and Regulations and all COVID-19 precautions. Signs alert patrons that face coverings and safety gear (i.e., helmet, elbow and knee pads) are mandatory. See the California State Law for skateboard parks.
The City will close the Skate Park if participants refuse to follow the safety gear rules or follow any COVID-19 rules. If the City closes the Skate park three times within a 7-day period, then the City will close the Skate Park for 7 days.
Closures of the Skate Park will be noticed on PRCS Facebook and Instagram. If you have questions, email PRCS or call (310) 253-6650.

General Skate Park Rules and Regulations:
PER CULVER CITY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 9.10.300.C, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS MAY RESULT IN A FINE, CITATION OR REMOVAL FROM THE PARK. The skate park is subject to closure in the event of unsafe conditions, inclement weather, special events, rentals, or repair and maintenance.
