WHEN: Public Comment Period: October 24th through Friday November 8, 2024

WHY:    The Culver City Municipal Code requires a 15-day public review period for administrative decisions, during which time the Current Planning Division solicits comments from the public. Following the conclusion of the public review period, an Administrative Decision will be made.

CEQA:  The proposed Project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301, Class 1 – Existing Facilities because an outdoor dining patio area is being proposed within an existing parking area.
