The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHO:      Victoria Ann Yundt/Lozeau Drury LLP (Appellant)

WHAT:     Appeal of a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Sustainable Communities Project Exemption determined by the Planning Commission on August 24,2022 for a Mixed-Use project consisting of ground floor commercial uses and 144 residential units (104 units in Culver City & 40 units in Los Angeles) with affordable and workforce units. The Planning Commission determined a Sustainable Communities Project Exemption (SCPE) pursuant to CEQA Statutes 21155 through 21155.4 (Case No.: Appeal–P2022-0283) (Related Case No.: Site Plan Review, Density & Other Bonus Incentives, Administrative Use Permit-P2021-0103-SPR/DOBI/AUP).

WHEN:    Monday, October 10, 2022 at 7 PM.

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the City Council to review and receive public input on the CEQA SCPE appeal.
