The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHO:      4168 Mildred Avenue, LLC (Applicant)

WHAT:     Request for a Tentative Parcel Map to develop a two-unit condominium in the Two Family Residential (R2) Zone (Tentative Parcel Map P2022-0136-TPM).

WHERE:  REGULAR MEETING – Attend In-Person or virtually via Webex

               FACE MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BUT NOT REQUIRED, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS

WHEN:    Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7 PM.

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed Tentative Parcel Map and consider adoption of the request.

CEQA:     Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, initial review of the project established there are no potential significant adverse impacts upon the environment, and the project is determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15315, Class 15-Minor Land Divisions for the division of property in an urbanized area for four or fewer residential parcels.

The Planning Commission Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing at City Hall and online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.  Submit comments BEFORE 3 PM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: William Kavadas, 9770 Culver Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Culver City, CA 90232, FAX at (310) 253-5721, EMAIL to william.kavadas@culvercity.org, or PHONE at (310) 253-5706.  City Hall Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed December 2nd).  The Project file including the plans are currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
