WHO:      Community Corporation of Santa Monica (Applicant)

WHAT:     Approval of a Tentative Parcel Map for a previously approved 95-unit affordable housing mixed-use development at 4464 Sepulveda Boulevard subject to streamlined ministerial processing under Senate Bill 35 (Case No. P2022-0335-TPM).

Zoning: Commercial General (CG) and Commercial Neighborhood (CN Zone). General Plan: General Corridor

WHEN:    Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 7 PM.          

WHY:       The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and adopt the proposed Tentative Parcel Map based on objective standards.

CEQA:     Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, review of the project by staff established the project is statutorily exempt from CEQA as a ministerial project because the project qualifies for Streamlined Ministerial Processing under Government Code 65913.4. 

The Planning Commission Agenda and Project staff report will be available for viewing at City Hall and online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.  Submit comments BEFORE 3 PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: Andrea Fleck, 9770 Culver Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Culver City, CA 90232, FAX at (310) 253-5721, EMAIL to andrea.fleck@culvercity.org, or PHONE at (310) 253-5737.  City Hall Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed January 13th and January 16th).  The Project file including the plans are currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
