WHAT: Citywide Objective Design Standards discussion for multi-family and mixed-use development, including for projects subject to State streamlined ministerial review process.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 5:30 PM
WHY: The purpose of the Study Session is for the Planning Commission to review information regarding objective design standards, receive public input on the subject, and provide staff with feedback and direction regarding content of future draft objective design standards. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the study session.
The Planning Commission Agenda and staff report will be available for viewing and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.
