The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Study Session concerning the following:

WHAT:    Citywide Objective Design Standards discussion for multi-family and mixed-use development, including for projects subject to State streamlined ministerial review process.

WHEN:    Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 5:30 PM

WHY:      The purpose of the Study Session is for the Planning Commission to review information regarding objective design standards, receive public input on the subject, and provide staff with feedback and direction regarding content of future draft objective design standards.  All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the study session.

The Planning Commission Agenda and staff report will be available for viewing  and at City Hall no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time.  Public comments may be submitted to the attention of Gabriela Silva, Associate Planner, BEFORE 3 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, 9770 Culver Blvd., 2nd floor, Culver City, CA 90232, FAX (310) 253-5721, EMAIL gabriela.silva@culvercity.org or PHONE, (310) 253-5736.  City Hall Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed April 21st).
