Fence Permit Application

Step 1. Gather your information

• Property Address
• Site Plan (drawn to scale)    Fence Site Plan Worksheet(PDF, 64KB)
• Elevation - Required for openwork design fences. Include dimensions for fence elements and openings and note regarding material and color.
• Notarized Owner's Affidavit -  Property Owner's Affidavit(PDF, 70KB)
• Notarized Neighbor's Affidavit - Required if any portion of the fence is located on neighbor's property -  Neighboring Property Owner's Affidavit(PDF, 71KB)

Fill out and submit the Fence Permit Application.

Step 3.We'll Respond via Email

Once application is received, the Current Planning Division, will start the review which will take 1-2 weeks to process. Once approved, the assigned Planner will reach out with further instructions.

Step 3.Bring documents to Current Planning 

Submit your Fence Permit application with above documents to the Planner on Duty.

The Planner will review your application, which will take 1-2 weeks to process. Once approved, you will be contacted with further instructions.
