Please access the Wireless Utility Permit page if you would like to place a small cell site in the public right-of-way.
You will need to confirm the property and parking space(s) are within Culver City’s jurisdiction.
Using the Culver City Property Information Search map, search for your address or location.
Ensure that your location is within the city boundaries.
Applications will be rejected unless accompanied by construction plans (and traffic control plans, as appropriate)

Plan check is approximately 14 business days. Once plan check has been completed, the applicant will be notified via email. If there are corrections, please resubmit response(s) and corrected plan(s) via email to Engineering@culvercity.org.
Once permits have been approved, contractor requirements must be met and payments must be made prior to issuance.

Please note that Risk Management must approve of insurance before a permit can be approved. You will receive an email notification once your permit has been approved and is ready for payment.
After you have paid your permit fees, please send a notification of payment to Engineering@culvercity.org referencing your permit number.
After the permit has been issued, the contractor or applicant is required to schedule a pre-construction meeting with the Public Works Inspector.
Instructions on how to schedule the pre-construction meeting will be included on your permit.
